Project Close-Out starts on Day 1 of the project and great documentation, tracking and communications are critical to your office opening on time and being fully functional. Project Close-Out is a by product of good project scheduling to keep the project team advised and coordinated to assure that everything is done as efficiently as possible. Our punch lists and other outstanding activities are communicated every Friday to all Project Members.
